Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public
holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another
notification once your order has been shipped. We offer Free Express Shipping
1-2 business days within Europe and 2-5 business days, depending on your exact
location, outside Europe via FedEx, UPS or DHL Express.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For EU customers:
- All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).
- There are no additional duties or taxes for deliveries within the EU.
For non-EU customers:
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your
responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has
been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us
immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not
responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete
addresses provided by the customer.
