Returns Policy

At Authentic New, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following carefully regarding returns and refunds.


 

Returns


If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase as it is required to process your return.

 

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item you have received is damaged or faulty and is the responsibility of the supplier. 

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@authenticnew.com for instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.


 

Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase following the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.


 

European Union Customers


For shipments to the European Union, customers have a right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days for any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.


 

Refunds

 

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) if the product you receive is faulty or damaged, not of acceptable quality, not fit for its intended purpose, or doesn't sufficiently match the description at point of sale, a refund will be given. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

 

If a refund request is approved, once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@authenticnew.com.
