How can I determine the right size when shopping for shoes?
At Authentic New, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit, which is why we provide a dedicated page for our shoe size guide. It is also a good idea to take your own measurements to ensure you are choosing the right size. We have a wonderful returns policy but of course it is best to use our size guide before you buy.
What is the return policy for items purchased online?
We always want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please check our Return Policy for detailed information on how to request a return. We believe in transparent and customer-friendly policies to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How long does shipping take?
We pride ourselves on fast and effective worldwide shipping. Delivery takes around 1-2 business days within Europe and 2-5 business days outside Europe via FedEx, UPS or DHL Express. In some regions it may increase to 5-7 business days - but we will always be working hard to get it to you fast, and you’ll be kept informed. How can you offer items at a lower price?
We are certified resellers of the brands that we feature on our website. Through our trusted partnership we are able to source thousands of items directly at a lower wholesale price. We then pass those savings on to our customers. We never sell defective items or seconds, and everything we sell is 100% genuine. Whatever you purchase from us, it is always authentic and always brand new. Hence, our name!
I saw an item and now it is sold out - what can I do?
Sometimes, due to us only getting either one or just a few of each item, they sell out very quickly. Once it is gone, that’s it! Often we won’t know in advance what is coming into stock, so the best idea is to keep an eye on our new arrivals section for updates.
Where will my products be shipped from?
We have warehouses around the globe, including multiple locations in Sweden, Italy, Spain, Germany and the USA. Your item will be shipped from where it is located at the time of purchase.
