How can I determine the right size when shopping for shoes?
At Authentic New, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit, which is
why we provide a dedicated page for our shoe size guide. It is our strong
recommendation that you take your own measurements to ensure you are choosing
the right size. We have a transparent and easy returns policy but of course it is best
to use our size guide before you buy.
What is the return policy for items purchased online?
We always want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please check our Return Policy for detailed information on how to request a return. Outside of the EU, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on change of mind/preference or incorrect sizing. Outside the EU, all sales are considered final unless an item is faulty or not as described. Please reach out if you have any questions before you buy — we’re here to help you get it right the first time.
How long does shipping take?
We pride ourselves on fast and effective worldwide shipping. We aim to have your parcel delivered in around 1-2 business days within Europe and 3-5 business days outside Europe via FedEx, UPS or DHL Express. In some regions it may increase to 5-7 business days or more - but we will always be working hard to get it to you fast, and you’ll be kept informed. If there is any special reason why the shipping time for your item will be slightly longer, we will communicate this clearly with you. I saw an item and now it is sold out - what can I do?
Sometimes, we may only have one or just a few of a particular item, and they can sell out very quickly. Once something is out of stock, it is unlikely we will get it again.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Working closely with our supplier and brands, our items are allocated to one of our warehouses in Sweden, Italy, Spain, Germany, and the USA, so we can ensure your order is dispatched from the closest possible site. This approach helps us provide faster delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards. Depending on the location of our brand partner and the warehouse where your luxury item resides, your item will be shipped directly from its location to you from there.
