Like many women, I juggle a very full life. I’m a proud mum of two incredible kids, navigating school drop-offs, sports runs, endless calendars, and all the wonderful chaos that comes with it. Alongside all of that, I’ve built a business I truly believe in — one shaped by transparency, trust, and a genuine love for quality designer pieces.

I adore luxury bags and shoes, but I also live in the real world. Most days my style isn’t runway-ready (and honestly, when is it?). Glamour isn’t always practical — but quality should always feel within reach. Authentic New was created from a desire to offer a clear, reliable online destination where customers can shop with confidence and ease.

I’ve always believed that luxury should fit into your life, not intimidate it. Your bag shouldn’t live in a box — it should live with you: in the car, on school sidelines, at brunch, at work, on planes, at dinner, and everywhere in between. Style isn’t just about labels; it’s about how you feel carrying something that lifts you up, even on the messiest days.

After years of searching for well-sourced designer pieces at fair prices, I realised how difficult it was to find a store that truly balanced access, professionalism, and care. So I decided to build the store I wished existed — one where sourcing is clear, communication is open, and every customer feels supported.
