Shipping Timeframes & Services
We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders:
- Within Europe: We aim for delivery within 1–2 business days
- Outside Europe: We aim for delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on your location

Customs, Duties & Taxes
EU Customers:

- No additional duties or taxes will apply at delivery
Customers outside the EU:

- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient

Delivery Issues

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Authentic New is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Your Right to Cancel (Applicable to EU Customers)
